Located conveniently near Altona station, this medium-sized hotel offers a clean and well-decorated environment. The staff is polite and helpful, although the reception isn't always open. My accessible room was spacious and featured a large en-suite bathroom. Unfortunately, the flat pillow was disappointing, and I couldn’t figure out the TV settings. Overall, a good value stay.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We enjoyed visiting the nearby attractions and loved the convenience of luggage storage. The location is ideal, just a quick walk to transport and shops. Super clean and well-decorated hotel — perfect for short stays!
The check-in process was a bit confusing. They sent us to another building without clear signs, and a simple map would have made things easier for us.

Plus, the location is spot on for hitting up spots like Billy the Butcher and Green Papaya. you won't go hungry here! The room was spacious enough for a group and clean as a whistle.
Check-in was a bit of a puzzle. they sent us to another building without clear signage. A little map would have turned a head-scratcher into a breeze.

Just a nice choice for a break on a long journey in Hamburg with fantastic value for money. I appreciated that they quickly provided an extra duvet when my room was cold the first night. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs.

Highly recommend for anyone traveling alone
So I checked into this place after a rough night and the guy at the reception was really nice, offered me a room right away even though it was late. I remember getting super lucky with the shower, hot and with good pressure, after everything I went through, it felt like a million bucks!
It wasn’t exactly a steal, but for what you get, it was still okay.
